After consulting several Software Escrow Providers, SES was chosen to deliver and manage the Escrow arrangement.
SES delivered a SaaS Escrow model that ensured the Source Code and application Data were secured under SaaS Escrow. To ensure absolute peace of mind that the application can be deployed in an independent environment by the customer, SES performed a Remote Code Validation & redeployment exercise. The results of the Validation including a full Audio and Visual recording are held in Escrow in event of Release.
