Problem

One of Impress Solutions clients requested Software Escrow to protect an on-premise application they were licensing. The client in question already had 2 live agreements with SES and wanted to extend this coverage to the application they license from Impress Solutions.

 

Solution

After multiple conference calls with Impress Solutions, the customer and SES, a new Escrow agreement was implemented. Given the customer already had existing agreements in place and therefore an existing account manager, it made sense for Impress Solutions to be supported by the same account manager. This allowed for a smooth delivery of work and existing relationships further enhanced the process was delivered in a timely and effective manner.

 

Outcome

The Escrow agreement has been in place for a number of months now and has ensured the licensee has the desired level of protection under their contract terms, whilst also ensuring Impress Solutions can deposit in a simple and straightforward way to adhere to those terms.
