SES worked with Caragon Consulting to develop and establish a coherent Software Escrow recovery strategy for the Flex SaaS application. SES and Caragon deployed the necessary resources and validated them in a Microsoft Azure tenancy to ensure all required escrow material was accounted and proving that recovery of the SAAS application can be completed and in as little as one working day allowing the enterprise client to restore operations very quickly and within their RTO (recovery time objectives).
Over the duration of the Software Escrow Agreement lifecycle, the Flex application is being constantly developed and updated. Partnering SES to deliver Software Escrow & validation services ensures that the Flex application is always protected and available to the customers within 1 day's notice.
